GiveKuwait is Wataniya’s initiative to empower talent and give young people a chance to maximize their potential. This is a platform that will give young stars an opportunity to shine by giving them exposure, connectivity and development. This year, GiveKuwait is going to be much bigger giving participants the opportunity to showcase new products and gain knowledge.

Benefits of GiveKuwait? 

Wataniya is looking for innovative ideas, products and services and GiveKuwait will put selected participants on the path of success! Wataniya will organize one of the largest exhibitions of its kind, where 250 participants will receive free space and booths in the exhibition hall for five days. An advertising campaign will showcase selected participants via radio, billboards and press ads.

Who can apply to GiveKuwait? 

Entrepreneurs

·      Must own a startup business/new idea/talent/small project

·      Don’t have a retail store or any commercial premises for this project

·      Above 18 years of age

·      Are dealing in innovative products of genuine quality

·      Are not selling anything illegal or of political nature

·      The information provided must be valid

Once selected, the participant will have to make a minimal commitment of 18 months starting at KD 35/month on any Wataniya plan of their choice. To be included in the promotional advertising campaign, will require an additional monthly payment of KD 10 only

Wataniya has the right to use the name of the participants, pictures of his products and personal photo of him/her in its GiveKuwait advertising campaigns

Free space and kiosk in the exhibition room are granted to the participant

Participants are not allowed to present any advertising materials for other products or trademarks contradicting with the small project presented.

Trainees

·      The participant shall fill the application with project details

·      Selected applicants will attend skills development training and take the personality test

·      Once the test is passed, trainees will be called to finalize the procedure

·      Once selected the trainee will have to make a minimal commitment of 18 months starting at KD 45/month on any Wataniya plan of their choice.

·      GiveKuwait jury is entitled to select the participants for the qualifying trainings and workshops

·      Wataniya shall be liable for all expenses resulting from workshops and trainings
