Al Bustan opens with the Radisson SAS Super Breakfast from 6.00 am with an international theme throughout the rest of the day. Guests can choose from the a la carte menu or the buffet. No two days are the same at Al Bustan; the hot and cold buffet dishes change daily as do the mouth watering desserts. The chefs at the buffet counter are always ready to cook to individual requirements so all you need to do is decide what you want to eat! The restaurant is well known for its BBQ season during the cooler months when diners can sit outside on the terrace around the fountain, or under a grove of palm trees. Different BBQ stands allow those with a healthy appetite to sample food from all over the globe, cooked to order. Every Friday there is a special Brunch with BBQ which is popular with families.
